The prime objective of our company policy is to achieve customer satisfaction in a safe and efficient manner and within all economic restraints.

On 31st October 1996 we were assessed and registered by the National Quality Assurance Limited against the provisions of BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 for our Quality Management System in the provision of Precision Engineering and the Manufacture of Components/Assemblies to Customers Specifications and Drawings.

Since the registration we have maintained our quality management system to the highest standard and have been monitored by the NQA.

We have a committed approach to the maintenance of our quality systems and we are now moving toward registration of the new ISO 9001 : 2000 standard, which is expected by Autumn 2002.

Copies of the company's quality manual are available for inspection for information purposes at our premises.
