Recently produced for Shotton Paper is a hinged table and base for turning roll end bearings 90 degrees (see top image). The housing is 5 tonnes and the pivot table consists of a hinged table and base. The housing can be clamped or bolted onto the face of the table and the table can be driven through 90 degrees from horizontal to vertical at the touch of a button.

 

 

 

We have also manufactured an Egg Inoculation Machine (see middle image) for Aviron in the United States of America. The machine is fully automatic and will punch and inoculate 36 eggs in one fast clean operation and is capable of handling 36 eggs per tray (Jamesway Tray) with a machine cycle 10 seconds from start up.

We also manufactured a machine to take 132 eggs per tray (Buckeye Tray).

 

 

 

 

Also pictured (see bottom image) is an 8 Lane Artificial Vascular Graft Machine manufactured for Cardiotech Ltd.
